All of the items that you purchase are guaranteed to be brand-new in the box quality and authentic.

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels so that we can get your product to you as quickly as possible.

General Shipping Information

Our standard shipping is most economical Ground method.
"Ground" service takes 5-10 business days from coast-to-coast
(many of our products ship from our primary warehouse in Philadelphia, PA).
Expedited and international shipping options are available (see below).
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday within 72 hours of receipt.
Expedited orders must be received before 1:00PM EST to ship out same day (weekdays only).

Standard Shipping - 48 Contiguous States
Please note that shipments to military addresses (APO/FPO) are sent by USPS and are not eligible for free shipping.
We try to ship orders within 48 hours to Contiguous States. (Does not apply to APO/FPO shipments by USPS)

Non-contiguous States & International Orders

Non-contiguous States (Alaska and Hawaii)
We do not ship Orders to Alaska and Hawaii

Non-contiguous State (Puerto Rico)
We Do not ship Orders to Puerto Rico.

International & Canada
Orders ship Worldwide Expedited, 5-10 days, depending on the delivery location and customs. Some orders qualify for free shipping.
For an instant shipping quote, please place your order and select UPS Worldwide Expedited under 'Choose Shipping Method' during checkout.
Custom fees, local taxes, etc. are not included.

Returns

Please contact us before to get return number.

If your address is incorrect at the time of your order, the item will be returned to us. In this event, we will make the effort to determine the correct address.

However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Partial Shipments

To expedite arrival of products to the customer, VanRack.com reserves the right to divide orders into separate shipments based on product availability.
In cases where a portion of an order's items are shipped separately, the customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping fee.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipped order arrives with obvious damage, customer can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the merchandise to VanRack.com.
Upon receipt of the returned damage order, VanRack.com will ship a replacement order at no cost to the customer. If the damage is discovered after delivery
has been accepted, customer is to call the shipper and file a damage claim. The shipper is responsible for reimbursement payment for damaged goods.
Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and modifications may be necessary to assure proper fit. Minor scratches, pitting and cracks are common and disappear after cutting,
filling, sanding and finish work. Professional installation is recommended.

NOTE: Please be sure to thoroughly inspect all items upon arrival and note ALL damages on the delivery sheet. You must sign for the package as "damaged".
If damages are noticed after an item has been accepted, the recipient must contact the freight company to file a damage claim.
Refused Shipments

Any customer who refused delivery of an order, other than for damaged shipments as described above, will be required to pay the original shipping charges,
the additional return freight charges, and a 25%  restocking fee (35% on special order). These charges must be
paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.
